Is Geico a good company for insurance quotes in Ogden for home insurance and car insurance or do they just provide car insurance?

A friend of mine and his family are moving from Tennessee to Ogden, Utah.  I have been my friend's insurance agent here in Tennessee, but the company I write for does not provide insurance in Utah.  So my friend asked my advice on getting insurance quotes in Ogden.  
I did some research and found out which companies write both auto and home insurance in Utah.  Then I whittled the list down to a few companies which he would easily recognize.  Because a friend of his has had good experience with Geico, he chose to get in touch with one of their agents.  I told him to confirm with the agent that Geico did indeed write both auto and home in Utah, which he found they did.  This is important not only because of the discount given for having auto and home coverage together, but because of only having to deal with one agent and one company, instead of two.
